Where do I get my ebook?
As soon as you make a payment you will be brought to a page that allows you to click the file and download it. You can also get to the page anytime after payment by logging onto our store and clicking MY ACCOUNT - My Downloads and downloading the file.
New Secure PDF Format this year for our new ebooks!
Our brand-new books published in January 2012, OpenCart Manual and osCommerce Manual, are a secure PDF format. It can be used on ANY device that has Adobe Acrobat and Java installed. When you download it onto your computer, the first time you open it a box will pop up for you to register it to your email address. You can print your book just like any other PDF. NOTE: This is a secure PDF, meaning you must register it for the book to open. The secure file you click is a Java or 'JAR' file, but once it is open you will see that it is a PDF.
Redistributable PDF format for free preview chapters
The free 40+ page preview chapters for the OpenCart Manual and osCommerce Manual that include cheatsheets, install and setup guides are in plain PDF format. They may be used on any computer that has Adobe Acrobat. These are fully redistributable - you may give these away freely as long as you do not remove our copyright credits. You can freely print the free guides.
Ebook Pro format for other guides
Books published before January 2012 (all books except OpenCart Manual and osCommerce Manual) are in "Ebook Pro" format. It is easy to use - the ebook reader is part of the book, so there is just one download. Ebook Pro works on US or European WINDOWS and MACINTOSH only. Not Asian Windows (Japanese, Chinese, Russian, etc.) with International Character Sets. We are upgrading to the new secure PDFs as quickly as we can.

Printing tips for ebooks:
You CAN print our ebooks!
The books will print in full living color, unlike the paperbacks which are black and white! If you have a cheap printer without a setting called "scale to fit page" or "reduce to fit," you may need to print LANDSCAPE to make it fit. But look at your printer menus first (Page Setup or Printer Setup) - almost all printers have this setting. Even my cheap $50 travel printer, an HP Deskjet 3940, can scale a page to fit on the paper.
NOTE: When printing entire ebooks, the chapters may not be printed in the proper order. The ebook manufacturer says there is no workaround at this time other than to manually put the pages in the correct order after the printout is finished.
